The Best Refereed Conference Paper Award

The PRRES Best Refereed Conference Paper Award was introduced in 2000 and first presented at the 2001 PRRES Conference in Adelaide. 

2001 PRRES Best Refereed Conference Paper Award

Awarded to Sandy Bond for her paper "Conjoint Analysis: Assessing Buyer Preferences for Property Attributes to Assist with the Estimation of Land Contamination Stigma"

2002 PRRES Best Refereed Conference Paper Award

Awarded to Henning Bjornlund for his paper "Are Water Markets Maturing"

2003 PRRES Best Refereed Conference Paper Award

Awarded to Deborah Levy and Henry for there paper titled " A Comparative Analysis of US, UK and Australian Published Property Research Methodologies and Methods ".  The award was presented to Deborah Levy at the 2003 PRRES Conference Dinner by PRRES President Yu Shi Ming.

2007 PRRES Best Refereed Conference Paper Award

This award went to Peng, H.W. and Newell, G. for their paper “The significance of infrastructure in Australian investment portfolios”.

2008 PRRES Best Refereed Conference Paper Award

Awarded to Chau Wing and A S W Chan For their paper "The Determinants of Industrial Property Prices During Periods of Economic Restructuring ".
